We operate two man delivery teams and this service allows you to have your furniture taken to the room of your choice (this includes upstairs, flats etc). Deliveries take place Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 2pm.
When ordering online you will be prompted to enter your postcode at the checkout. If, after entering your postcode, you only have the option to collect in store then it means you are out of our delivery area. If you require a delivery to any postcode not in our current delivery areas please contact us with your requirements and we will endeavour to organise a delivery quote and timescale.
When you order your furniture we will be in touch by email within 2 days with details about how long your furniture will take to arrive into our warehouse. Once your order is complete in our warehouse, your paperwork is passed either to our in store delivery organisers or to the delivery carrier. In general the majority of our furniture arrives at our warehouse within 1- 8 weeks of the order being placed. Once your furniture has arrived with us you will be contacted within 3-7 days to arrange your delivery and your delivery will be made within 7-14 days from then. It can take longer during busy times. All deliveries require a signature on receiving your order (this must be someone over 18 years old). If you are not present when we attempt to deliver you will be liable for any redelivery charges.
For the selected postcodes we offer delivery to there is a set delivery charge of £39. This is per delivery not per item.
If you wish to collect your goods then we will be happy to load your vehicle with your goods. Please ensure you arrive with the vehicle prepared by having the seats down if necessary and enough space to accommodate your goods. We ask that all collections be done between 10am and 4.30pm Monday to Saturday. We do not have collections on a Sunday unless prior arrangement has been made.
